New York-based Joss Realty Partners has purchased The Offices at Waterfront Center in Old Town Alexandria from Bethesda-based Finmarc Management for $29.6 million. Seattle’s Finance and Administrative Services department reported the city has collected $5.8 million in revenue from its newly imposed soda tax in the second quarter of 2018.
