The organization Restaurant Opportunities Center United is spearheading the campaign to help employed servers and bartenders earn a standard wage. DraftKings, an online fantasy sports business with financial ties to D.C.-based Revolution Growth, is making plans to expand their venture into areas such as Maryland, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
