DEVELOPMENT

University Place Associates is set to break ground on the next phase of West Philadelphia’s planned Platinum Corridor of hyper-eco-friendly office buildings in December. When completed, the five-story, 180,000-square-foot 3.0 University Place will include a 32,000-square-foot ground floor with food vendors, a gym, a senior center and additional retail space.
