GoldOller Real Estate Investments completed its $20 million renovation and rebranding of its first Philadelphia acquisition, the Avenue at East Falls, a 512-unit complex at 5450 Wissahickon Ave. in East Falls. Amazon announced that Philadelphia will be among the U.S. cities in which Prime members can order groceries from Whole Foods and have them delivered for free. This gives the grocery chain an edge over other delivery services that charge a $5-$10 fee similar services. Read more at Philly Voice.
