As VP of marketing at EZShield, Laura Bruck manages a division that consist of three teams with distinct focus areas: marketing communications, channel marketing and product management. When Bruck joined EZShield eight years ago, her goal was to be a thought leader in the identity-protection industry. Since then, she has bene involved in public speaking engagements through banking associations and fraud protection organizations. Every year, EZShield sponsors Shred Day with the Better Business Bureau, providing money and time to increase awareness around the value of shredding documents to reduce the risk of identity fraud and theft. Beyond her role at EZShield, Bruck spends much of her free time with her kids and their athletic teams. “I encourage my kids to take leadership roles on their team and to demand a lot of themselves and their teammates, but do so with respect and integrity,” she says.
