What’s more, Pentec has placed a greater focus on continuous learning, undertaking onboarding right away to get folks oriented, preparing employees for specific roles within just a few months and offering ongoing education to keep them up to date. Wellness has also taken a front seat in Pentec’s new approach to culture: Employees are reimbursed for gym memberships up to $30 per month, and online education in topics like diet, meditation and ergonomics are always available.
