From there, the company puts them in positions to succeed. “What works for us is giving our people the autonomy to do it their way as long as they are doing the right thing,” says Drucquer. “and then letting them know we support them in their decisions.” To that end, the company isn’t strict about specific hours of work, and instead places more importance on hitting goals. But, at CertaPro, Drucquer says employees know they aren’t in it alone. “We become a work family, and pull for each other. We talk weekly about the difference we are making in others’ lives,” says Drucquer.
